Check the Audio bar at the bottom: Music, Radio, Tower and Ambience each switch on and off, and each has its own level. Make sure your device isn’t muted. On the website, browsers need one tap before sound can start.
A radio station isn’t playing.+
Local stations are streamed live from their broadcasters, so one may be offline for a while. Tap the station name to tune another one from the same city. Stations that keep failing are reported automatically and fixed or removed.
How do I stay in one city?+
Tap the timer in the Audio bar and choose how long each city stays on screen (1, 3 or 5 minutes), or Stay to keep the current city. Tap the left or right edge, or the arrows, to move on yourself.
What are the presets?+
Presets set the whole mix at once. Window Seat is music with soft city radio and tower calls. Focus, Rain Café, Late Night and Local lean on music, ambience or radio. Your own changes are kept as My Mix.
Can I get a daily reminder?+
Yes. The app can offer one quiet reminder a day, at the time you usually start. It is a local notification, and you can turn it off in your device’s notification settings.
Can I suggest a city, a station or a view?+
Yes. Sign in on this website and use Share your city, or email us the city and a link to the station.
